- 18 years and above
- Height: Female 170cm+ / Male 185cm+ (editorial/runway) – commercial/beauty categories may vary, so still apply
- Location: Based in Nairobi (or willing to relocate/attend training and castings in person)
- Confidence in front of the camera, we train the rest
- Attitude: coachable, punctual, disciplined, respectful
- Clear natural photos: no heavy filters, no makeup, no retouching
- These are guidelines, not gates. Unique look or special skill? Still apply. No experience required.
